Finally, this plant needs slightly more iron and soil nutrients. Therefore, it is recommended to use a nutrient-rich substrate or clay pellets.

There are several ways to plant the tuber: you can attach it to a ceramic ring or simply place it on the bottom of the aquarium.

When attaching the tuber to a ceramic ring, make sure it is not too tight, so that the plant does not rot.

If you choose to plant the tuber directly on the bottom, make sure no more than a third of the tuber is embedded in the gravel for stability. Eventually, the plant will separate from the tuber and begin to grow, producing beautiful new leaves that will enhance your aquarium. All you need to do is be patient and enjoy the development of this tuber!

Pruning the Nymphaea Red Tiger Lotus is a simple yet effective way to control the plant's size and shape. Begin by identifying any wilted or damaged leaves; these are best removed to improve the plant's overall health. Using sharp, clean shears or pruning shears, carefully snip the leaves off at the base, close to the tuber.
