Are Artemia suitable for all fish?

Yes, they are readily eaten by most tropical fish in both fresh and saltwater.

Should Artemia be refrigerated?

That's not necessary. Keeping them in the dark is sufficient to keep them fresh for about a week.

What is the difference with baby artemia?

Baby brine shrimp are much smaller and therefore ideal for young fish and nano species. These adult brine shrimp are better for medium-sized fish.
